BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid. Example: For each $1,000 bid, a 15% buyer’s premium of $1500 will be added to arrive at the total purchase price of $1,150.

PAYMENT INFORMATION: All invoices to be paid within 24 hours. Wire Transfer, Company or Personal Check when accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guaranty, Cash or Cashier’s Check. Credit Card payments up to $1,500 and a 3% surcharge will apply.

SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax will be collected to all lots unless noted otherwise.

RIGGING & REMOVAL: Buyer is responsible for arranging removal, shipping, and transportation of all purchased items with Stephen Grubbs at (859) 583-4812.
