BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid. Example: For each $1,000 bid, a 15% buyer’s premium of $150 will be added to arrive at the total purchase price of $1,150.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment must be made by Friday, December 6, 12 noon (ET).

REMOVAL: BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOADING, REMOVAL, SHIPPING & TRANSPORATION OF ALL PURCHASED ITEMS. Lots can be removed once payment is received.
Removal times: Friday, Dec 6, Monday, Dec 9 and Tuesday, Dec 10 from 9am-4pm.

SHIPPING: BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING & TRANSPORATION OF ALL PURCHASED ITEMS.
