BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 25% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid. Example: For each $1,000 bid, a 25% buyer’s premium of $250 will be added to arrive at the total purchase price of $1,250.
PAYMENT TERMS: Payment must be made by Friday, November 22, 4pm (ET).
REMOVAL
Removal times: Friday, 11/22, Monday 11/25 and Tuesday, 11/26 from 9am-4pm.
