BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid. Example: For each $100,000 bid, a 15% buyer’s premium of $15,000 will be added to arrive at the total purchase price of $115,000.

PAYMENT INFORMATION: All invoices to be paid within 24 hours. Wire Transfer, Company or Personal Check when accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guaranty, Cash or Cashier’s Check. For Credit Card payments 3% surcharge will apply.

RIGGING & REMOVAL: Buyer is responsible for arranging removal, shipping, and transportation of all purchased items.

• Removal Dates are February 6-7, February 10-14 and February 17-19 from 9am-4pm.

• Removal Location: 501 Omni Lane, Knoxville, TN 37932

• PLEASE NOTE: Starting at 5:01pm on February 19, storage fee of $100/day per truck and $200/day per Kleeman & McCloskey machines will be charged.
